About introduction of temporary ban on export out of limits of the Russian Federation of the medical products which are earlier imported into the Russian Federation from the territory of the foreign states which made the decision on introduction on the Russian Federation of rationing arrangements of economic nature
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish temporary ban on export from the Russian Federation of the medical products made in the territory of the foreign states which made the decision on introduction on the Russian Federation of rationing arrangements of economic nature and earlier imported into the Russian Federation from the territory of such foreign states, except for export of such products for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, and also export of the specified products by physical persons for personal use (further - temporary ban).
The temporary ban also extends to goods which are placed under customs procedures before entry into force of this resolution and whose actual evacuation from customs area of the Russian Federation according to these customs procedures will be performed after entry into force of this resolution.
2. The temporary ban does not extend to commodity exportation on purpose:
movements within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and also goods of the Russian Federation moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states;
ensuring activities of the military forming of the Russian Federation which are in the territory of foreign states;
ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation, located in Baikonur (Republic of Kazakhstan) and in the territory of the Baikonur complex;
ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation on Svalbard archipelago.
