According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 12, 2020 No. UP-6110 "About Measures for Implementation of Essentially New Mechanisms in Activities of Organizations of Primary Health Care and to Further Increase in Efficiency of the Reforms Undertaken in Health Care System" and of May 5, 2021 No. UP-6221 "About Consecutive Continuation of the Reforms Performed in Health Care System and Creation of Necessary Conditions for Increase in Potential of Health Workers", and also for the purpose of reduction in compliance among themselves the regulatory legal acts directed to regulation of health sector:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the first deputy adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan L. N. Tuychiyev.
