According to the Regulations on single state system of civil protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2014 No. 11, for the purpose of realization of state policy in the field of protection of the population and the territories against effects of emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature and enhancement of interaction between Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations and the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine during informing the population on threat of origin or emergence of emergency situation of PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve the Order of interaction of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations and the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine during informing the population on threat of origin or emergence of emergency situation which is applied.

2. To provide to public service of Ukraine on emergency situations together with the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine interaction when informing the population on threat of origin or emergence of emergency situation between service of the state control center operational and on duty in emergency situations of GSChS and the person on duty of "National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine" joint-stock company (the central equipment room of broadcasting).

3. To provide to management of civil protection, prevention of emergence of emergency situations and liquidation of their effects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (V.'s Racer) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. This Procedure determines the interaction mechanism when informing the population on threat of origin or emergence of emergency situation between GSChS and Goskomteleradio.

2. Will organize interaction when informing the population on threat of origin or emergence of emergency situation of GSChS and Goskomteleradio within single state system of civil protection at the national level between service of the state control center operational and on duty in emergency situations of GSChS and Goskomteleradio through "National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine" joint-stock company (further - JSC NOTU) (the central equipment room of broadcasting).

3. Interaction is performed for the purpose of informing the population on threat of origin or emergence of emergency situation, minimization of its possible effects, preserving life and health of the population.

4. The organization of interaction is carried out in case of threat of emergence of dangerous events or the meteorological phenomena or emergence of emergency situation which can threaten life and health of citizens, and also to entail deterioration in life support of the population, by operational informing listeners of radio channels of JSC NOTU ("Ukranian radio", "Radio "Luch" and "Radio "Kultura").

5. The service of the state control center operational and on duty in emergency situations of GSChS informs by phone the person on duty of JSC NOTU (the central equipment room of broadcasting) on need of transfer of the message on threat of origin or emergence of emergency situation for informing the population.

6. The person on duty of JSC NOTU (the central equipment room of broadcasting) receives the file with record of the sound message from the GSChS FTP server (access is provided routinely) and puts the sound file in the schedule of broadcasting of radio channels "Ukranian radio", "Radio "Luch" and "Radio "Kultura" in certain GSChS time. The received information message is aired.
