About approval of Single rules of putting down of apostille

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Single rules of putting down of apostille (further - Rules) determine procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) apostille - the special stamp certifying authenticity of the signature of person which signed the document, and confirmation of its powers, and also authenticity of seal or stamp which fasten this document in paper or electronically;

2) persons which are putting down apostille - the officials of authorized state bodies performing functions on putting down of apostille;

3) the information system "E-apostille" (further - IS the E-apostille) - the information system intended for document registration and issue of "stamp" apostille in electronic form which provides centralized accounting and single archive of the apostilled documents;
