4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Occupation Activities for Distribution TV, Radio Channels"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules are developed according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" and determine procedure for rendering the state service "Licensing for Occupation Activities for Distribution TV, Radio Channels".

2. The state service "Licensing for Occupation Activities for Distribution TV, Radio Channels" (further – the state service) appears Committee of information of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider).

3. The authorized body sends information on the made changes and (or) additions to these rules to the operator of information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government", the service provider and to Single contact center within three working days from the date of state registration in judicial authorities.

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state services

For receipt of the state service the physical and (or) legal entities performing activities of provision of services in the field of mass media in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - uslugopoluchatel) send to the service provider through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz (further - the Portal), the statement in form according to appendices 1 and 2, and also the documents specified in the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service according to appendix 4 to these rules.
