According to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications", to item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, in execution of the order of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of November 15, 2017 No. 45158/1/1-17, of the letter of the deputy Sekretar of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of November 10, 2017 No. 2030/16-06/2-17 for prevention of unauthorized intervention in work and/or use of telecommunication networks of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Technical requirements to networks of mobile (mobile) communication of Ukraine and technical means of telecommunications of monitoring and filtering signal traffic which are applied.

2. To provide to development department of electronic communications of Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Action of these Technical requirements extends to networks of mobile (mobile) communication of Ukraine and to technical means of telecommunications which perform monitoring and filtering signal traffic, in particular messages of system of all-channel signaling No. 7 and the teams of the Diameter protocol for the purpose of increase in safety of telecommunication networks, and also for prevention of unauthorized intervention in work and/or use of telecommunication networks.
