1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for storage, movement of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus and trade in them in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (except for being under customs control) it (is applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2013 No. 24 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for storage, movement of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus and trade in them in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (except for being under customs control) and recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2007 No. 2 and of November 5, 2010 No. 32";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2018 No. 32 "About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2013 No. 24".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for storage, movement of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus (further, unless otherwise specified, - excise stamp) and trade in them in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (except for being under customs control).
2. The legal entities of the Republic of Belarus (further - legal entities) performing wholesale, retail trade by alcoholic beverages, storage of alcoholic beverages, the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further - individual entrepreneurs), performing retail trade by alcoholic beverages in objects of public catering in pouring or in the shops and (or) pavilions located in the territory of the rural zone, irrespective of the floor space of such shops and (or) pavilions and also the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs using alcoholic beverages in case of production of own food products (except for productions of other alcoholic beverages), in case of identification of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps draw up the statement of availability of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus (further - the act) in form according to appendix.
The act does not join the alcoholic beverages with the opened consumer packaging realized by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in objects of public catering in pouring, and also used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in case of production of own food products (except for productions of other alcoholic beverages).
3. Alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps from the moment of their inclusion in the act are subject to storage separately from other alcoholic beverages.
4. Storage of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps is allowed only in the presence of the act.
5. Movement of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps, and also trade in them according to the legislation is not allowed.
6. Alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps are subject to remarking by the excise stamps intended for remarking of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps in form and according to the procedure, the established resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618 "About turnover of alcoholic beverages".
