About enhancement of work with personnel in state bodies

(as amended on 05-02-2024)

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of state bodies for realization of the state personnel policy, improvement of system of accounting, matching and arrangement of the managerial personnel, ensuring personnel safety in state bodies:

1. Determine that:

1.6. projects of regulatory legal acts of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the republican state bodies subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning realization of the state personnel policy, passing of the public civil service are subject to coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for forming and verification of information about candidates for the positions included in personnel registers and to the state civil positions (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for declaring of the income and property (are applied).

3. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

4. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1-3 - in month after official publication of this Decree;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
