Some questions of transfer of check points through frontier for automobile communication

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To the State Customs Service and the State agency of infrastructure projects in a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

determine the list of real estate units of check points through frontier for automobile communication Yagodin, Uzhhorod, the PSF transferred from the sphere of management of the State Customs Service to the sphere of management of the State agency of infrastructure projects with the purpose of carrying out construction works;

determine lists of the corresponding parcels of land and provide transition of the appropriate rights to them to the State agency of infrastructure projects in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. Before date of transmission the State Customs Service to provide to the State agency of infrastructure projects of real estate units of the check points through frontier for automobile communication specified in the paragraph the second Item 1 of this resolution accomplishment of obligations according to the signed contracts for carrying out construction works and to refrain from the conclusion of new contracts for carrying out such works on the specified objects.

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. To the ministry of infrastructure together with the Ministry of Finance to develop order of interaction between the State Customs Service and the State agency of infrastructure projects on construction and operation of check points through frontier for automobile communication Yagodin, Uzhhorod, PSF and to bring it in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

5. To the ministry of infrastructure, the State agency of infrastructure projects together with the State Customs Service within three months after completion of the construction works specified in Item 1 of this resolution:

introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the list of real estate units of check points through frontier for automobile communication Yagodin, Uzhhorod, the PSF transferred from the sphere of management of the State agency of infrastructure projects to the sphere of management of the State Customs Service;

determine lists of the corresponding parcels of land and provide transition of the appropriate rights to them to the State Customs Service in the procedure established by the legislation.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1.
