About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus

1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 73 "About approval of Rules on safety of transportation of dangerous goods by railway transport on the territory of the Republic of Belarus";
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 No. 60 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 73";
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2015 No. 5 "About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 73";
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2018 No. 8 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 73".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2022.
