7. Determine sources of forming of fund:

part of net profit, being at the command the companies and the organizations which founder is the Ministry of development of sport (further - the organizations of system), after tax payment and charges;

the appropriate means arriving from realization of objects of state-owned property according to decisions on privatization;

50 percent of the means which arrived from sale of property (except for real estate) the organizations of system;

50 percent of the means which arrived from transfer to lease of property of the organizations of system and sent to the budget;

50 percent of the amounts of means of the Government budget, and also the plunders, wastes and shortages revealed as a result of checks of organization activity of system by services of internal audit of the Ministry of development of sport;

the amounts illegally the spent budgetary funds, plunders, wastes and shortages revealed as a result of checks of organization activity of system by services of internal audit of the Ministry of development of sport collected in the income of the state trust funds and off-budget funds;

income gained from placement of temporarily available funds of Fund;

the means arriving from projects implementation of public-private partnership in the field of sport;

charitable gifts of physical persons and legal entities, including nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

grants and means of technical assistance of international financial institutions and foreign states;

other sources which are not prohibited by acts of the legislation.

8. Determine that:

3 percent of the means arriving from realization of the state assets in Fund for management, transformation and privatization of the state assets (except for the means arriving from realization of the objects of state-owned property realized based on decisions of the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and the city of Tashkent, and also privatization of the parcels of land), go to Fund. At the same time the part of these funds is allocated to Chamber of Commerce and Industry for support of development of entrepreneurship, including target financing of the training courses organized for entrepreneurs whose size is established by Presidium of Chamber of Commerce and Industry;

by transfer to the Ministry of development of sport of property, including vehicles of the Ministry of tourism and sport, the payment for renewal is not levied;

the rights to objects of the real and other estate fixed for reorganized, liquidated, transformed and transferred to system of other organizations by the Ministry of development of sport, are renewed without collection of the corresponding charges and other payments;

employment of employees of central office of the Ministry of tourism and sport in the Ministry of development of sport is conducted by the minister of development of sport independently taking into account the agreements which are earlier performed by the relevant state bodies and also results of tender;

before approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of sport, the procedure and payment terms of work of employees of the Ministry of development of sport and its territorial subdivisions are performed based on Regulations on the Ministry of the tourism and sport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 31, 2021 No. 477, and also the operating procedure.

To the ministry of development of sport to submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers regulations on the ministry in a month.

9. To the ministry of development of sport together with the Ministry of Finance in two weeks to introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers the bill on entering of corresponding changes into the approved budget parameters of the Government budget for 2022 proceeding from requirements of this resolution.

10. Place the Ministry of development of sport of the address: city of Tashkent, Ulitsa Abdully Kadyri, 2.

11. To the ministry of development of sport:

in two weeks to provide reapproval of regulations (charters) on territorial, structural and subordinated subdivisions of the ministry, their structures, and also job descriptions of workers;

in a month together with the relevant ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution.

12. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
