Rules of maintaining the state register of feed additives.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 18.01.2023 No. 35

3. Determine that:

realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance within the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service on management and management in the sphere of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation;

registration numbers and dates of state registration of the feed additives registered till January 1, 2022 are entered in the state register of feed additives as such registration numbers of feed additives and dates of state registration of feed additives;

the statement from the state register of feed additives since September 1, 2023 is issued by means of use of the single portal;

the interaction of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance with the applicant and the federal state budgetary institution subordinated to it created for ensuring execution of powers of Service on state registration of feed additives (further - expert organization) provided by the Rules of state registration of feed additive, modification of the documents containing in the registration file on the registered feed additive, suspensions, renewals and cancellations of state registration of feed additive approved by this resolution since September 1, 2023 is performed with use of the single portal, and in the absence of technical capability the documents and data, letters, requests and notifications provided by the specified Rules go on paper;
