For the purpose of realization of pilot project on implementation of the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the goods included in the inventory approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 2, and according to Articles 4, 5 and 11 Agreements on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 (further - the Agreement) Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for inclusion and storage in national systems of traceability of data on the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and subjects of traceability.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
