About the republican budget for 2022-2024

Article 1. Approve the republican budget for 2022-2024 according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this Law respectively, including for 2022 in the following amounts:

to non-tax receipts - 343 224 400 thousand tenges;

to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 2 251 000 thousand tenges;

to receipts of transfers - 5 502 725 340 thousand tenges;

2) costs - 18 062 677 021 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting - 494 481197 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits - 646 297 309 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits - 151816112 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 86 085 873 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets - 86 085 873 thousand tenges;

5) budget deficit--2 978 262 832 thousand tenges, or percent 3,3 to country gross domestic product;

6) not oil budget deficit--9 342 602 832 thousand tenges, or percent 10,2 to country gross domestic product;

Mangystau - 19 493 443 thousand tenges;

the city of Almaty - 211 516 094 thousand tenges;

Nour-Sultan's cities - 38 466 999 thousand tenges.

Article 6. Provide in the republican budget for 2022 of receipt of transfers from regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital in the amount of 432 288 358 thousand tenges.
