For the purpose of strengthening of address social protection and material support of the population, expansion of scales and further increase in efficiency of rendering the monetary assistance to the citizens and lonely aged needing support:
1. Take into consideration introduction of monthly compensation payments for preferential categories of persons (further - compensation payments) instead of the privileges provided by the legislation on payment of housing and communal services according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 27, 2003 No. UP-3227 "About Introduction since April 1, 2003 of Compensation Money Payments instead of the Provided Privileges on Payment of Housing and Communal Services".
2. Determine that since March 1, 2022:
a) compensation payments are paid to all preferential categories of persons having the right to their obtaining irrespective of obtaining or non receipt of pensions (social benefits), and also implementation or non-realization of labor activity by these persons;
b) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 27.12.2023 No. UP-216
c) monthly surcharge to social benefits to persons which reached age of 100 years and more in the amount of 100 percent of basic size of calculation of pension is entered.
At the same time monthly surcharge to benefits of the citizens who reached age of 100 years and more is financed by means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan through the organization in which the allowance is granted

To the Ministry of Finance, National news agency of Uzbekistan, National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan, the Agency of information and mass communications to organize work on extended coverage in mass media, the Internet and social networks of the purposes, tasks of this Decree and the expected results.
