About approval of the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities with use of the scanning systems

According to Article part two 246, to Article 324 of the Customs code of Ukraine, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 451 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of ensuring practical realization of Item 52 of the Section IX of the actions plan on reforming and development of system of the bodies realizing customs policy, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the order of May 13, 2020 No. 569-r, implementations of effective system of customs control using the scanning systems I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities with use of the scanning systems which is applied.

2. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine to finish the corresponding software for implementation of requirements of this order.

3. Determine that until implementation of the corresponding software or in case of failure of the automated system of customs clearance of customs authorities connected with introduction and/or receipt of information during implementation of customs control using the cargo scanning systems for control and accounting of use of these scanning systems of customs use Information leaf according to this Procedure which is registered in the online magazine which form is determined by customs independently.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of July 27, 2009 No. 692 "About approval of the Procedure for customs examination of goods and vehicles with use of the mobile radiographic Eagle M4507 system at check points through frontier", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 28, 2009 for No. 809/16825.

5. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

7. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
