Based on subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" and Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 26, 2021 No. 143 "About establishment for 2022 of amounts of the tariff quota concerning separate types of the long-grain rice coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124

1. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade:

1.1. perform till February 10, 2022 distribution of 70 percent of amount of the tariff quota to import in 2022 of separate types of the long-grain rice classified by codes 1006 30 670 1 and 1006 30 980 1 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the CN FEA EEU) coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption (further - the tariff quota), between participants of foreign trade activity is pro rata to amounts of the long-grain rice classified by codes 1006 30 670 and 1006 30 980 of the CN FEA EEU occurring and imported by them from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in 2019-2021;

1.2. perform distribution of 30 percent of amount of the tariff quota based on statements of participants of foreign trade activity according to the procedure of priority of receipt of statements.

1.4. inform participants of foreign trade activity on results of distribution and (or) redistribution of the tariff quota by placement of the message on the official site of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade on the global computer Internet;

1.5. perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of licenses for import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the long-grain rice classified by codes 1006 30 670 1 and 1006 30 980 1 CN FEA EEU, coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, according to the procedure, established by the Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014);

1.6. send information on the parts of the tariff quota allocated to participants of foreign trade activity to the State Customs Committee in electronic form.

2. To the State Customs Committee:

2.1. till February 1, 2022 to provide to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade information on the amounts of the long-grain rice classified by codes 1006 30 670 and 1006 30 980 of the CN FEA EEU occurring and imported from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in natural and value term by participants of foreign trade activity imported in 2019-2021 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption;

2.2. provide in accordance with the established procedure release of the long-grain rice imported in 2022 on the territory of the Republic of Belarus within the distributed amounts of the tariff quota according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption based on the licenses granted according to subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
