About questions of public institution "Agency on investments and development of the Kyrgyz Republic of KADI

1. Approve:

- Regulations on public institution "Agency on investments and development of the Kyrgyz Republic of KADI (further - the Agency) according to appendix 1;

- the sizes of official pay rates of employees of the Agency according to appendix 2;

- the sizes of official pay rates of technical and junior service personnel of the Agency according to appendix 3;

- the sizes of length-of-service allowances to the workers occupied with maintenance of the Agency according to appendix 4.

2. Determine that:

- the benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund is paid to employees of the Agency in case of exit in labor leave;

- the thirteenth salary in the amount of average monthly salary fund is paid to technical and junior service personnel of the Agency at the end of the calendar year.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 7, 2021 No. 24.

4. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved number of staff and means provided to the Agency by the republican budget for the corresponding year and the next years.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Regulations on public institution "Agency on investments and development of the Kyrgyz Republic of KADI

1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines legal and organizational basis of activities of public institution "Agency on investments and development of the Kyrgyz Republic of KADI (further - the Agency).

The agency is the public institution performing functions on attraction, protection and maintenance of investments, promotion of export, and also rendering assistance to activities of state bodies, state companies, organizations and local government bodies for implementation of investment projects and programs.

3. Functions and rights of the Agency

13. The agency according to the assigned tasks performs the following functions:

- develops and makes offers in state bodies and local government bodies on implementation of investment projects and programs;
