About questions of public institution "Agency on investments and development of the Kyrgyz Republic of "KADI"
According to Articles 13, "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 17 and 26 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on public institution "Agency on investments and development of the Kyrgyz Republic of "KADI" (further - the Agency) according to appendix 1;
- the sizes of official pay rates of employees of the Agency according to appendix 2;
- the sizes of official pay rates of technical and junior service personnel of the Agency according to appendix 3;
- the sizes of length-of-service allowances to the workers occupied with maintenance of the Agency according to appendix 4.
2. Determine that:
- the benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund is paid to employees of the Agency in case of exit in labor leave;
- the thirteenth salary in the amount of average monthly salary fund is paid to technical and junior service personnel of the Agency at the end of the calendar year.
