2. The scheduled inspections performed within licensed control of implementation of activities for management of apartment houses which beginning of carrying out is provided by annual plans of conducting planned inspections after February 28, 2022 are subject to carrying out according to Regulations on licensing of business activity on management of apartment houses and about implementation of regional state licensed control of the implementation of business activity on management of apartment houses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2014 No. 1110 "About licensing of business activity on management of apartment houses" (in edition of this resolution).

3. Item of 5 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2015 No. 1434 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 1, Art. 244), to declare invalid.

4. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
