About the tariff quotas on import in 2022 of separate types of goods

Based on subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" and Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 19, 2021 No. 139 "About establishment for 2022 of amounts of the tariff quotas concerning the separate types of the goods coming from the Republic of Serbia and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124

1. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade:

1.1. perform till November 30, 2022 distribution between participants of foreign trade activity of 100 percent of amounts of the tariff quotas on import in 2022 of the separate types of the goods according to appendix coming from the Republic Serbia, imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption (further respectively - the tariff quotas and goods);

1.2. distribute the tariff quotas based on statements of participants of foreign trade activity according to the procedure of priority of receipt of statements.

full name (surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the participant of foreign trade activity;

data on state registration of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur;

description of goods;

commodity code according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the CN FEA EEU);

required amount of the tariff quota;

reasons for need of allocation of required amount of the tariff quota.

Are enclosed to the application:

the copy of the document on registration in tax authority of the applicant;

the document certifying the right to representation of interests of the applicant;

the copy of the license for implementation of the licensed type of activity (if such type of activity is connected with circulation of goods concerning which licensing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is introduced);

1.3. inform participants of foreign trade activity on results of distribution of the tariff quotas by placement of the message on the official site of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade on the global computer Internet;

1.4. perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of licenses for import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of goods according to the procedure, established by the Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014);

1.5. send information on the parts of the tariff quota allocated to participants of foreign trade activity to the State Customs Committee in electronic form.

2. Provide to the State Customs Committee release of goods within the distributed amounts of the tariff quotas according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption based on the licenses granted according to subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
