About measures for development of the international motor transportations of loads
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of the international motor transportations of loads:
1. Determine that in 2022:
1.1. vehicles of ecological class 6, specified in appendix are exempted from utilization collection and the value added tax:
placed (placed) legal entities and individual entrepreneurs the Republic of Belarus under customs procedure of release for internal consumption;
imported (imported) in the Republic of Belarus legal entities and individual entrepreneurs the Republic of Belarus from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;
1.2. the ecological class of the imported vehicles specified in appendix is confirmed by the corresponding entry in the certificate of conformity or in approval like the vehicle, issued according to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022.
