According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of applied mathematics" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center of support of the digital government" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. To the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan corresponding changes in the charter of the company;

2) to provide the state re-registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 03.06.2022 No. 361

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 24 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
