According to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 388 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of compensation to producers of socially important food products of the expenses connected with introduction of utilization payment by producers (importers) of polymeric, glass, paper, cardboard and (or) metal packagings, packagings from the combined materials applied to packing of socially important food products according to Appendix to this order.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2018 No. 539 "About approval of Rules of compensation to producers of socially important food products of the expenses connected with introduction of payment for the organization of collection, transportation, conversion, neutralization, use and (or) waste recycling by producers (importers) of polymeric, glass, paper, cardboard and (or) metal packagings, packaging from the combined materials applied to packing of socially important food products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18121).
3. To provide to department of state policy of waste management of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
