1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Institute of Applied Mathematics" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of applied mathematics" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of scientific research, commercializations of results of scientific activities.

3. To the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 03.06.2022 No. 361
