Approve the list of types of products, trade in which is performed in the organized goods markets, according to appendix.

The list of types of products, trade in which is performed in the organized goods markets

Natural gas of own production (except natural gas which will be delivered to NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy; legal entities, information of rather financial condition, results of activities and which cash flows the NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy according to the legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards shall include in annual consolidated financial statements (for the current year); legal entities, the single founder (the shareholder, the participant) of which is the NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy; legal entities whose controlling stock is owned by NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy (whose share of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy in the authorized capital constitutes 50 or more percent), if does not include data concerning financial condition, results of activities and cash flow of such legal entities of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy according to the legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards in annual consolidated financial statements (for the current year) under agreements of deliveries/sales of natural gas for needs of residential customers, producers of heat energy, budgetary institutions and the organizations, including healthcare institutions of state-owned property (the state companies and/or public institutions and so forth) and healthcare institutions of municipal property (municipal non-commercial enterprises and/or municipal organizations, and/or the general municipal companies, etc.), the religious organizations, and also the operator of gas-transport system for production and technological needs of operators of gas distribution networks) *.
