Based on part four of article 122 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about scrap and family the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for transfer of children on adoption (adoption) and control of living conditions and education of children in families of adoptive parents in the territory of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Education:
together with the interested republican state bodies to provide reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution;
take other measures directed to implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
