4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of employees of Institute of researches of economic policy under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 30, 2019 No. 238 the following changes:

- in the name, preamble, Items 1, to exclude 2 words "under the Ministry of Economics and finance";

- in the name of appendix to the above-stated resolution of the word "under the Ministry of Economics and finance" to exclude.

5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions and organizations of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 1, 2021 No. 128 the following changes:

- to declare the subitem 28 of Item 2 invalid;

- to declare appendix 28 to the above-stated resolution invalid.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Regulations on Institute of researches of economic policy of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines legal and organizational basis of activities of Institute of researches of economic policy of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Institute).

2. The institute is legal successor of Institute of researches of economic policy under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The institute is urged to perform research and analytical support of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. The institute in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, the conventional principles and rules of international law, international treaties which became effective according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic which are component of system of law of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also this Provision.

2. Purpose and tasks of Institute

3. Functions of Institute

12. According to the assigned tasks the Institute performs the following functions:

1) performs econometric interpretation of macroeconomic indicators, with breakdown by strategic sectors of national economy, and activities indicators at the level of the separate ekonomikoobrazuyushchy companies;

2) creates suggestions for improvement of regulatory legal acts, institutional and other market mechanisms for the purpose of effective realization of the state economic policy;

3) takes part in development of offers to drafts of development programs of industries of economy, including carries out analytical project work of the concepts, programs and plans in the sphere of economy prepared by legal entities and physical persons, and also state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) develops options of diversification and optimization of sectors of economy;

5) gives scientific and methodical help to organizations collaborators, involves them in accomplishment of research works;

6) publishes scientific works, holds scientific conferences and other scientific training events;

7) distributes the printed materials containing results of scientific activities including in foreign languages, and (or) in electronic format;
