1. Structure of central office of the Agency on work makhallabay and to development of entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty according to appendix No. 2;

Structure of managements of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and city of Tashkent of the Agency on work makhallabay and to development of entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty according to appendix No. 3;

Standard structure of the centers for work makhallabay and to development of entrepreneurship of areas (cities) according to appendix No. 4.

5. Determine that chiefs:

managements of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent of the Agency (further - regional governments of the Agency) are appointed to position and are dismissed by the director of the Agency on representation according to the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and the city of Tashkent;

the centers for work makhallabay and to development of entrepreneurship of areas (cities) (further - the centers) are appointed to position and are dismissed by chiefs of regional governments of the Agency in coordination with the Agency based on representation of hokim of areas (cities).

8. Form Fund of attraction of the population to entrepreneurship (further - Fund) as a part of the Agency without the status of the legal entity.

9. Determine that:

since January 1, 2022 tasks and functions of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships in the direction of allocation of subsidies for attraction to entrepreneurship and training of the population at the expense of means of the State fund of assistance of employment are transferred to Fund;

in structure of the Agency the Department of coordination of activities of Fund of attraction of the population to entrepreneurship consisting of three established posts is created, the specified established posts are created at the expense of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships;

since 2022 the transfers allocated from the Government budget to the State fund of assistance of employment of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships for attraction to entrepreneurship and training of the population go to Fund, since 2023 - allocation to Fund of necessary means when forming parameters of the Government budget is provided.

- to provide to khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent together with Agency on management of the state assets placement of the Agency in the building having all accommodation requirements on the basis of the right of free use;
