These rules govern the relations between the subscriber or the user of telematic communication services (further - the user), on the one hand, and the telecom operator rendering telematic communication services (further - the telecom operator), on the other hand, when rendering telematic communication services.
2. The concepts used in these rules mean the following:
"subscriber" - the user with whom the paid contract on rendering telematic communication services with allocation of unique code of identification is signed (further - the service provision agreement of communication);
"subscriber line" - the communication line, including the wireless transmission line connecting the user (terminal) equipment (further - the equipment) with the communication center of data transmission network or the providing possibility of connection to equipment data transmission network;
"the subscriber interface" - technical and technological parameters of the physical chains connecting means of communication of the telecom operator to the equipment and also the formalized set of rules of their interaction;
"the subscriber terminal" - set technical and the software applied by the subscriber and (or) the user when using of telematic communication services to transfer, acceptance and display of electronic messages and (or) forming, storage and the information processing containing in information system;
"malicious software" - the software which is purposefully leading to violation of legitimate rights of the subscriber and (or) user, including to collection, processing or transfer from the subscriber terminal of information without the consent of the subscriber and (or) the user or to deterioration in parameters of functioning of the subscriber terminal or communication network;
"payment card" - the means allowing the subscriber and (or) the user to use telematic communication services, having identified the subscriber and (or) the user for the telecom operator as payers;
