About classification of the goods imported into the Republic of Belarus in not collected or sorted type
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus are considered as presented in not collected or sorted form and are classified according to provisions of the Basic rule of interpretation 2 (and) the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus) in goods item of ready goods if such goods are imported into the address of one receiver by one or several vehicles according to one shipping document.
2. The goods imported into the Republic of Belarus in not collected or sorted type and which are not specified in Item 1 of this resolution are classified by the single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code of the Republic of Belarus as ready goods at the request of the customs applicant in case of observance of provisions of the Basic rule of interpretation 2 (and) the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus and in case of accomplishment of the conditions established by Items 2 and 3 of Article 19 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus.
3. To the State Customs Committee:
in case of identification of the facts of commodity importation which are not classified by the single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code of the Republic of Belarus according to Item 1 of this resolution, but being gathered have the main properties of complete or complete goods, to send information to the interested republican state body which subordinated organizations make similar products to complete or complete goods, for its assessment and introduction of offers on introduction in the procedure for tariff and non-tariff measures of restriction of this import established by the legislation;
in a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for Item 1, which becomes effective since August 1, 2005.
