About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022 and the forecast for 2023-2024

Article 1.

1. Approve the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022 according to the income in the amount 273691158, by 3 thousand som and to expenses in the amount 304043902, 4 thousand som according to appendix 1.

Article 2.

1. Approve the forecast of the consolidated budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2024 according to appendix 2.

2. Approve the forecast of key parameters of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023-2024:

Approve amount of the funds allocated for financing of the capital investments in 2022 in the amount 17601000, by 0 thousand som and direct them on completion of construction of facilities provided in previous periods and also to construction, reconstruction of the objects approved in the list for 2022, considering their priority.

3. Direct 10600, 0 thousand som to payment of the budgetary funds provided to victims of natural disasters according to the state hypothecation certificates of Financial and credit fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. 2) the sales tax - in the amount of 100 percent in the republican budget;

3) tax on the basis of the voluntary patent, tax on the basis of the obligatory patent, the single tax, the retail sales tax on simplified taxation system - in the amount of 100 percent in local budgets of the cities, ayylny aimags;

4) tax for use of natural resources (royalty), except for strategic minerals (gold, oil, gas), - in the amount of 50 percent in local budgets of the cities and ayylny aimags in the place of developments of fields, 50 percent - in the republican budget;

5) tax for use of natural resources (bonus) - in the amount of 100 percent in the republican budget;
