1. Approve the enclosed Rules of hotel servicing in the Republic of Belarus.

2. To republican state bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take necessary measures for its realization.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Rules of hotel servicing in the Republic of Belarus

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules establish the minimum requirements imposed to hotel servicing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and govern the relations between the contractor and the consumer.

2. For the purposes of these rules the following main terms are used:

hotel - the property complex (complex of buildings and constructions, the building or part of the building with the equipment and other property) meeting the established requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance, in which hotel servicing is performed;

hotel servicing - the services rendered by the contractor in provision of numbers (places in numbers) for temporary residence of physical persons, and also additional services (further - services);

additional services - services of public catering, communication, household, sports, tourist and other services rendered by the contractor on paid and (or) non-paid basis according to the legislation;

the contractor - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur performing hotel servicing;

the consumer - the legal entity or physical person ordering and (or) using services.

3. In the room intended for registration of accommodation of consumers in the place, convenient for review, shall be placed:

information on the name (trade name), the location and phone number of the contractor, the name of hotel if such name does not match with the name (trade name) of the contractor, working hours of hotel and if hotel servicing is performed by the individual entrepreneur - surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), the residence, information on state registration and the name of the body which performed its state registration as the individual entrepreneur, the name (in the presence) and working hours of hotel;

information on confirmation of conformity of services to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts: copy of the certificate of conformity, certificate on assignment to hotel corresponding

categories (in the presence);

these rules;

rules of hotel accommodation;

extraction from the technical regulatory legal act establishing requirements to material equipment, provision of services, the service level in hotel it agrees the category appropriated to it;

list of services;

price list of service prices;

information on form and payment procedure of services;

information on storage of the prophetic consumer;

information on work of the objects of public catering, trade, communication, consumer services and other objects rendering the corresponding services to consumers placed in hotel;

information on the tourist capacity of the Republic of Belarus (booklets, brochures, prospectuses);

book of notes and offers.

4. In each number rules of hotel accommodation, the fire safety regulation, information on the rendered services shall be placed.

The specified rules and information shall be brought to the attention of the consumer on Russian and (or) Belarusian and at the discretion of the contractor in addition in other languages.

5. Rules of hotel accommodation are established by the contractor taking into account Rules of accommodation in the hotels of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities. The consumer shall follow rules of hotel accommodation and the fire safety regulation.

Chapter 2. Provision and fee

6. Provision of services to the consumer is performed based on the public agreement or the agreement signed in writing.

7. Room reservation (places in number) can be made by acceptance from the consumer of the request for booking by means of mail, telephone, electronic and fax connection, and also based on the agreement signed in writing.

8. Room reservation (places in number) is made no later than two hours until the settlement of the consumer.

9. In cases if the placement terms planned by the consumer in hotel or the number of the made reservation change, the consumer shall report about it not later than three days until the settlement - in case of placement more than 20 people and per day - in case of placement to 20 people.

10. Effective period of armor comes to an end at 19 o'clock in the afternoon of arrival if in the agreement or the request for booking other time is not specified.

11. For room reservation (places in number) the payment is not levied.

12. In case of violation of terms of the beginning of rendering services in the agreement or the request for room reservation (places in number) the consumer has the right:

terminate the agreement;

appoint the new term of booking;

13. The service provision agreement is signed in case of presentation by the consumer - physical person of the identity document, and in case of its absence - one of the following documents: the military ID, the reference confirming the citizen's personality, issued in case of loss by the citizen of the identity document, the certificate of the address with the petition for provision of the status of the refugee, additional protection or shelter in the Republic of Belarus, the registration certificate of the petition for provision of the status of the refugee, additional protection or shelter in the Republic of Belarus, the certificate on provision of additional protection in the Republic of Belarus.

At the same time the contractor issues to the consumer the omission, the receipt (coupon), the account or other document confirming the conclusion of the service provision agreement which shall contain:

the name of the contractor (for individual predprinimateleyfamiliya, name, middle name, data on state registration);

surname, name, consumer's middle name;

data on the provided number (the place in number);

term of hotel accommodation;

number price (places in number);

other data on discretion of the contractor.

14. Registration of the consumers who are arriving to hotel and disposed from it shall be performed round the clock.

15. The contractor has the right to establish the accommodation deadline identical to all consumers.

16. The consumer shall pay hotel services and other paid services in full after their rendering.
