1. Establish quota for attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022 as a percentage of number of labor:

1) on the permissions issued by local executive body to the employer in the amount of % 0,31;

2) on involvement of labor immigrants in the amount of % 3,2.

2. To provide to committee of work, social protection and migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item;

4) bringing this order to data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akimats of areas and Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent for management in work.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sarbasov A. A.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
