Article 1

1. The Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company performs functions on protection of money, precious metals and products from them (further - the protected property) in case of their transportation (transportation), collection of cash, and also on protection of the objects of Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company intended for storage of the protected property.

2. On the employees of Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company performing the functions specified regarding 1 this Article the requirements, prohibitions, restrictions, the rights, obligations, conditions, limits, cases and procedure for use of physical force, special means and firearms, guarantee and responsibility established for workers of departmental protection by Articles 6, of 7, paragraphs the first - the fifth and seventh Articles 11, Articles 12 - 18 and 25 Federal Laws of April 14, 1999 No. 77-FZ "On departmental protection" expatiate.

3. The employees of Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company performing the functions specified regarding 1 this Article have the right to detain on the place of offense of persons who made illegal infringement of the protected property, vehicles intended for its transportation (transportation) and collection of cash, the objects of this joint-stock company intended for storage of the protected property and also on life and health of employees of Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company.

4. The detained physical persons are subject to immediate transfer to authorized representatives of divisions of law-enforcement bodies (police).

5. The list of types of special means, and also regulations and procedure for providing employees of Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company with them are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
