About classification of the electronic device "smart handle" according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to paragraph 1 of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. The electronic device "smart handle" presented in the form of ball pen in which case are established the optical sensor of scanning, the module of wireless connection (Bluetooth), the memory module, the rechargeable battery, ball core with ink, the LED indicator, intended for scanning of the written (drawn) this device on special paper text (image) and preserving in digital format in the module of memory of the device with possibility of transfer of the saved information on wireless network on the integrated mobile device (the smartphone, the tablet, the personal computer) according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subline item 8471 60 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
