Regulations on the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines legal and organizational basis of activities of the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - GNS).

2. GNS is legal successor of the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. GNS is the state body of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic functioning in the status of subordinated division of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry), performing taxation, insurance premiums and other payments in the budget and control of completeness and timeliness of their payment, state registration of physical persons as individual entrepreneurs.
