About establishment of formats of the electronic documents submitted to the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection
Based on part five of Item 3 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol", subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish formats of the electronic documents submitted to the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection:
job specifications on leave of the ethyl alcohol received from food raw materials according to appendix 1;
job specifications on leave of the ethyl rectified technical alcohol according to appendix 2;
job specifications on leave of the ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials according to appendix 3;
job specifications on receipt of the ethyl alcohol received from the food raw materials imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 4;
job specifications on receipt of the ethyl rectified technical alcohol imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 5;
job specifications on receipt of the ethyl denatured alcohol received from the food or non-food raw materials imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 6;
notifications on suspension, renewal, cancellation, cancellation of job specifications on leave of the ethyl alcohol received from food raw materials, the ethyl rectified technical alcohol and the ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials according to appendix 7;
notifications on suspension, renewal, cancellation, cancellation of the job specifications on receipt of the ethyl alcohol received from food raw materials, the ethyl rectified technical alcohol and the ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 8.
2. The formats of electronic documents specified in Item 1 of this resolution are represented by the relevant republican state bodies and other state organizations determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection in XML document format.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 21, 2022.
