RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of November 8, 2021 No. 328

About the reporting and other information represented by the operator of service of online borrowing to National Bank

(as amended of the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 08.01.2024 No. 4)

Based on paragraph two of part one of Item 2 of the Regulations on activities of the operator of service of online borrowing and the agreements signed by means of this service approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2021 No. 196, of part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

form of the reporting of the operator of service of online borrowing of some indicators of activities according to appendix 1;

form of the reporting and other information of the operator of service of online borrowing on results of functioning of service of consumer online borrowing according to appendix 2;

form of the reporting and other information of the operator of service of online borrowing on results of functioning of service of business online borrowing according to appendix 3.

2. Approve the Instruction about the amount, content, terms, procedure for creation and submission of the reporting and other information represented by the operator of service of online borrowing to National Bank it (is applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective since November 29, 2021.
