being guided by the Statement of heads of the State Parties of the Customs union "About ten simple steps towards to simple people", the made Decision of Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation of April 28, 1998 No. 25,

for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Security agreement of the free and equal right of crossing of the State Parties of the Customs union of borders of the State Parties of the Customs union by physical persons and free movement by them of goods and currency of November 24, 1998,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The this Protocol establishes procedure and regulation of export of the State Parties of the Customs union by physical persons to the third countries of cash foreign currency of the states, not being members of the Customs union.

Article 2

Physical persons of the State Parties of the Customs union have the right freely, that is without declaring in writing and submissions of the bank document which is the basis for export of cash foreign currency to export from the State Parties of the Customs union to the third countries cash foreign currency in the amount which is not exceeding in equivalent of 1500 US dollars.

In case of export of the State Party of the Customs union by physical person from the State Party of the Customs union to the third countries of cash foreign currency in the amount exceeding in equivalent of 1500 US dollars rules of export to the third countries of cash foreign currency established in this State Party of the Customs union are effective.

Article 3

The State Parties of the Customs union, for the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the this Protocol, mutually recognize the customs declarations and bank documents which are the basis for export of cash foreign currency from the State Parties of the Customs union.

The parties will mutually exchange samples of the bank documents which are the basis for such export.

Article 4

The disputes and disagreements arising during realization and interpretation of the this Protocol are permitted by carrying out consultations and negotiations, and in case of lack of agreed decision are submitted for consideration of Integration Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan (further - Integration Committee).

The parties can make under mutual approval in the this Protocol additions and changes which will be drawn up in the form of the protocols which are integral part of the this Protocol.

Article 5

The either party has the right to leave the this Protocol, having sent to depositary which the Integration Committee is recognized, the written notice of the intention is at least, than in six months prior to exit, previously having settled the obligations with the Parties assumed on the this Protocol.

Article 6

The this Protocol is integral part of the Security agreement of the free and equal right of crossing of borders of the State Parties of the Customs union by physical persons and free movement of goods and currency by them of November 24, 1998.

Article 7

The this Protocol does not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties following from the international treaties and agreements which participants they are including signed between the State Parties of the this Protocol.

Article 8

The this Protocol acts within five years. After this term the this Protocol is automatically prolonged every time for the next five-year period if the Parties do not make other decision.

Article 9

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of the last notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.

It is made in the city of Minsk on May 23, 2000 in one authentic copy in Russian.

The authentic copy of the this Protocol is stored in Integration Committee which will send to each Party its verified copy.
