Tax Services of the State Parties of the Agreement of March 29, 1996:

Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

State Tax Service of the Russian Federation;

The state tax authorities under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic; hereinafter referred to as with the Parties, being guided by the legislation and the international obligations of the states,

proceeding from mutual interest in effective solution of the tasks connected with identification, the prevention of tax offenses and exchange of operational and methodical information

agreed as follows:

1. Subject of the this Protocol is the cooperation of tax authorities of the Parties for the purpose of the organization of effective system of mutual exchange of information, regarding observance of the tax legislation.

2. The this Protocol does not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties following from international treaties on rendering legal assistance in questions of administration of the taxation system.

3. Tax authorities of the Parties within the this Protocol and the current legislation about official secret exchange within target requests operational information concerning observance of the tax legislation about the subjects registered in tax authorities of the parties, using the following means of communication:

a) E-mail on the switched communication lines;

b) The FTP protocol for interchange by big arrays to data;

c) WWW technology of information access in the existing databases.

d) other special means of communication, available parties.

4. Modification and amendments in the this Protocol is performed by mutual consent of the Parties. The parties can bring in the this Protocol, necessary changes and amendments which are drawn up by the relevant protocols and are integral part of the this Protocol.
