1. 2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 152 "About approval of Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of the alcoholic products, nonalcoholic products and drinking water which is packed up in reservoir, to conditions of production and storages of alcoholic products, nonalcoholic products and drinking waters, packed up in reservoir" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10734).

3. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of the alcoholic products, nonalcoholic products and drinking water which is packed up in reservoir, to conditions of production and storages of the alcoholic products, nonalcoholic products and drinking water which is packed up in reservoir" (further – Health regulations) are developed according to the subitem 113) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 (further - the Provision), and determine sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of production of the alcoholic products, nonalcoholic products and drinking water which is packed up in reservoir (further - objects), to conditions of production and storages of the alcoholic products, nonalcoholic products and drinking water which is packed up in reservoir.

2. Health regulations contain sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to:

1) to the choice of the parcel of land under construction, to designing, construction new, to reconstruction, re-equipment, re-planning and expansion of the existing objects, repair, commissioning, reshaping, content and operation of objects;

2) to water supply, water disposal, heat supply, lighting, ventilation and conditioning;

3) to conditions of production and storages of the alcoholic products, nonalcoholic products and drinking water which is packed up in reservoir.
