LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About introduction of amendments to article 7 of the Maritime Code of the Republic of Moldova

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In Article 7 of the Maritime Code of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Law No. 599/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (1) after words "classification societies," to add with words "recognized as the European commission and";

part (to add 4) with words ", gained also recognition of the European commission.".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective after six months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
