The agreement on cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities within Eurasian economic community

The Ministries of Justice of state members of Eurasian economic community which are hereinafter referred to as with "Parties"
considering that strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation answers tasks of the Parties on further enhancement of judicial and expert activities,
based on the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000,
agreed as follows:
The parties within the competence in case of compliance with law and international treaties of the states perform cooperation in the field of the organization of judicial and expert activities and carrying out research works.
The parties develop cooperation in the field of judicial examination in the following directions:
- coordination of scientific work on problems of judicial examination;
- joint development of methods and techniques;
- data exchange in the field of directory activities;
- experience exchange, including by holding joint scientific and practical conferences, practical seminars, rates for the purpose of development of new methods and techniques;
- preparation and advanced training of expert scientific personnel, including by exchange of trainees;
- reviewing of scientific developments and expert opinions,
- exchange of regulatory legal acts, methodical and scientific literature;
- rendering the scientific and methodical and practical help in questions is judicial - expert activities.
The procedure for compensation of the possible expenses connected with accomplishment of this agreement will make a reservation the Parties separately in each case.
This agreement can be changed and added by mutual consent of the Parties. Changes and amendments are drawn up by the protocols which are integral part of this agreement.
This agreement does not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties following from other international treaties signed by them.
The disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties during implementation of provisions of this agreement will be solved by negotiations and consultations.
This agreement becomes effective from the date of its signing. Any Party can leave this agreement, having sent to depositary the written notice of the intention at least in six months prior to exit from it. For this Party this agreement stops the action after six months from the date of receipt of such notification by depositary.
It is made in the city of Minsk on June 30, 2006 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy of this agreement is stored in Integration committee of Eurasian economic community which will send to each Party its verified copy.
