The agreement on payment of the alimony signed extrajudicially is constituted in writing in shape:
1) agreements on payment of the alimony - the notary;
2) agreements on dispute settlement (conflict) - mediator;
3) agreements on dispute settlement on payment of the alimony according to the procedure of the participative procedure - the lawyers, persons who are members of chamber of legal consultants.";
2) in Article 165 of the word of "notarially certified agreement on payment of the alimony" shall be replaced with words "agreements on payment of the alimony, stipulated in Article 158th of this Code,";
3) in Article 166 of the word of "notarially certified agreement on payment of the alimony" shall be replaced with words "agreements on payment of the alimony, stipulated in Article 158th of this Code,";
4) in Item 1 of Article 167 of the word of "notarially certified agreement on payment of the alimony" shall be replaced with words "agreements on payment of the alimony, stipulated in Article 158th of this Code";
5) in Article 169:
in part one of Item 1 of the word of "notarially certified agreement on payment of the alimony to collection" shall be replaced with words "agreements on payment of the alimony, stipulated in Article 158th of this Code";
in Item 2 of the word of "notarially certified agreement" shall be replaced with words "agreements on payment of the alimony, stipulated in Article 158th of this Code,";
Article 240 to add 6) with part five of the following content:
