About restructuring of the central branch public management

1. The deputy prime minister on digital development coordinates the following spheres of activity:

1) innovation of the public sector;

2) upgrade of the state services and administrative processes;

3) use of information and communication technologies in the public sector;

4) development of information society.

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 760/2010 about Public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 150-152, 832), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) the offer first of Item 16 to add with the text", in preliminary coordination with the deputy prime minister on digital development";

2) Item 20 after the words "on initiative" to add with the text "the deputy prime minister on digital development,";

Item 28-1 to add 3) with the text", in preliminary coordination with the deputy prime minister on digital development";

13) of Item 29 the word "founder" shall be replaced with words 4) in the subitem "the deputy prime minister on digital development";

"30. The director advises and provides support to the deputy prime minister on digital development, performing the following specific powers:

2) the practician in this area makes offers on project development of the regulations necessary for implementation of the agenda in the sphere of digital development, taking into account the strategic priorities provided in the Program of activities and the Action plan of the Government, and also the best European and international;

3) with assistance of employees and consultants of the Agency participates in examination of drafts of regulations in the field of the electronic control and the related information technologies developed by the ministries and other central administrative authorities;

4) carries out other tasks in the field of electronic control, according to the priorities established by the deputy prime minister on digital development.".

3. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 314/2017 about creation of the Agency of the state services (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 396), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"1) to make offers on change of the regulatory base in the field;";
