RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of charge (determination) of payment for heat energy, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water in connection with the change in price of natural gas

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

the mechanism of change by the heatsupplying organization (the contractor of delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water) the amount of charges for heat energy, delivery service of heat energy and supply of hot water in connection with the monthly change in price of natural gas (without change of rates for transportation services and distributions of natural gas, the trade allowance (markup) of the supplier) is used to consumers of heat energy, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water (except the population, budgetary institutions, the religious organizations) taking into account differentiation of rates which is determined according to Procedure for forming of rates for heat energy, its production, transportation and delivery, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for utilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2019, No. 30, Art. 1069);

change of the amount of charges for heat energy, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water to consumers (except the population, budgetary institutions, the religious organizations) in connection with the monthly change in price of natural gas (without change of rates for transportation services and distributions of natural gas, the trade allowance (markup) of the supplier) since charges for October, 2021 is reflected monthly in payment documents of the specified consumers sent in the month following settlement period;

about the made decision on change of the amount of charges for heat energy, and supply of hot water to consumers (except the population, budgetary institutions, the religious organizations) the heatsupplying organization (the contractor of delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water) informs delivery services of heat energy by placement on the official website of local government body and/or on own website of the information message with reduction of the corresponding reasons.

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the Instructions for use heat energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2007 No. 1198 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 77, Art. 2852; 2020, No. 2, Art. 83):

The paragraph of the sixth of Item 35 to exclude 1);

Item 36 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"change the amount of charges for heat energy in connection with the monthly change in price of the natural gas used for production of heat energy for needs of the corresponding category of consumers according to requirements of these rules.";

Item 39 to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:

"on change of the amount of charges for heat energy in connection with monthly change for the heatsupplying organization of the price of the natural gas used for production of heat energy according to requirements of these rules.";

The name of the Section "Features of Charge (Determination) of Payment for Heat Energy for Consumers in connection with the Change in Price of Natural Gas for the Heatsupplying Organization" to state 4) in the following edition:

"Features of charge (determination) of payment for heat energy in connection with the monthly change in price of the natural gas used for production of heat energy for needs of the corresponding category of consumers";

5) in Item 47:

in paragraph one:

W - the planned cost of unit of heat energy (taking into account profit) for the corresponding category of consumers it agrees to the rates established by authorized bodies (taking into account differentiation of such rates).

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2019 No. 830 "About approval of Rules of provision of delivery service of heat energy and standard agreements about provision of delivery service of heat energy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 71, the Art. 2507) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 8, 2021 No. 1022:

1) in the Rules of provision of delivery service of heat energy approved by the specified resolution:
