About measures for the organization of activities of the Termez engineering institute of technology

For the purpose of preparation in the republic of highly qualified personnel for national production, industrial enterprises, geological and mining industries of metallurgy, widespread introduction in educational process of innovative forms and training methods, modern pedagogical and information technologies, and also step-by-step requirements satisfaction of regions in it is modern the conceiving, competitive specialists:

1. Create the Termez engineering institute of technology (further - Institute) based on the Termez branch of the Tashkent state technical university.

2. Determine the main activities of Institute:

creation of continuous education system on preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists, competitive in the labor market, with the higher education and research and educational personnel, and also specialists having profound knowledge in the field of modern technologies proceeding from requirements of national production, industrial enterprises, geological and mining industries;

implementation of joint educational programs and scientific projects with the lead foreign highest educational institutions, advanced training of professors-teachers of Institute, the organization of training of graduates for programs of magistracy and doctoral studies in republican and foreign highest educational institutions (scientific centers);

implementation in educational process of the best foreign practices, in particular modern educational technologies, providing the open information and education circle;

orientation of educational process to independent training of students, forming of skills of systems analysis at them, creative thinking and practical, including entrepreneurial skills;

forming of modern educational and scientific and laboratory base for accomplishment of applied research works, equipment by its advanced processing equipment, and also implementation of educational and scientific projects;

the organization of implementation of applied and fundamental research works and innovative projects, commercialization of results of research, and also attraction of grants for realization of the innovative ideas of pupils.

3. Approve:

The program of measures for development and strengthening of material and technical resources of the Termez engineering institute of technology till 2025 according to appendix No. 1;

Target indicators of development of the Termez engineering institute of technology till 2025 according to appendix No. 2.

4. Determine that:

The institute is the public highest educational institution and performs activities in system of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education;

students of the Termez branch of the Tashkent state technical university continue training at Institute in the directions of formation of bachelor degree and specialties of magistracy, and also upon termination of training the diploma of Institute is issued to them;

the number of enrollment of students is determined proceeding from annually approved state order on acceptance for study in the highest educational institutions of the republic and parameters of additional acceptance;

The institute is legal successor of the Termez branch of the Tashkent state technical university by all rights and obligations.

5. Authorize Institute the following rights:

forming of the educational programs on the basis of the program of the foreign highest educational institution entering into top 1000, among the highest educational institutions in the operating rating of internationally acknowledged organizations;

increase in amount of practical training due to reducing share of theoretical education in curricula taking into account requirements of the employer, application of experience of one-day practice in week;
