1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. Determine that lists of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of documents on assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union or data on such documents approved before entry into force of this Decision, are effective for the purpose of, determined by the Procedure approved by this Decision for lists of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning which when placing under customs procedures observance of measures of technical regulation proves to be true.
3. Declare invalid the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 No. 294 "About Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union of products (goods) concerning which mandatory requirements within the Customs union are established".
4. This Decision becomes effective after 60 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

1. 2. Observance of measures of technical regulation concerning the imported (imported) products proves to be true in the following cases:
a) the imported (imported) products are included in lists of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Union concerning which when placing under customs procedures observance of measures of technical regulation, approved by Board of the Eurasian economic commission proves to be true;
b) the imported (imported) products are included in the Single list of products concerning which mandatory requirements within the Customs union are established, No. approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of January 28, 2011 526, and concerning these products according to the legislation of state members of the Union (further - state members) mandatory requirements regarding evaluating compliance are established.
3. Observance of measures of technical regulation concerning the imported (imported) products concerning which technical regulations of the Union provide evaluating compliance in the form of state registration or veterinary and sanitary examination is confirmed according to decisions of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299 and of June 18, 2010 No. 317.
4. The documents confirming observance of measures of technical regulation are:
a) for the imported (imported) products specified in the subitem "an" of Item 2 presents of the Procedure - the document on assessment of conformity provided by the technical regulation (technical regulations) of the Union (the certificate of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Union, the declaration of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Union, the certificate on classification of the small size vessel, the registration certificate (state registration), approval like the vehicle (approval like the chassis) or other document provided by the technical regulation of the Union);
