About legal registration of integration of the It Is Central — the Asian Cooperation Organization into the Eurasian Economic Community

In view of the Decision of Council of Heads of states - organization members "Central Asian Cooperation" (CAC) about further development of integration processes on Eurasian space of October 6, 2005 and considering the entry of the Republic of Uzbekistan into the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), Interstate Council of EurAsEC (at the level of heads of states) solved:

1. Support the decision of Council of Heads of states - organization members "the Central Asian Cooperation" about combining TsAS and EurAsEC and to adopt the Statement of Heads of state members of EurAsEC of the matter it (is applied).

2. To the joint working group of TsAS and EurAsEC as a part of National coordinators of state members of TsAS, Permanent representatives under EurAsEC, the Secretary general of EurAsEC and representatives of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC to analyze the contractual legal base TsAS and EurAsEC, to prepare the necessary documents connected with ensuring legal registration of integration of TsAS into EurAsEC for the purpose of their consideration in accordance with the established procedure at the regular meeting of Interstate Council of EurAsEC (at the level of heads of states).

We, heads of states of the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Tajikistan and Republic of Uzbekistan,

in view of the decision of Council of Chapters of state members of the Central Asian Cooperation (CAC) Organization of October 6, 2005 about further development of integration processes on Eurasian space,

welcoming the entry of the Republic of Uzbekistan into the Eurasian Economic Community,

agreeing with the decision of Council of Chapters of state members of TsAS on combining TsAS and EurAsEC,

considering that now all state members of TsAS are members of EurAsEC,

stating identity of main objectives and tasks of TsAS and EurAsEC,

we declare acceptance by Interstate Council of EurAsEC at the level of heads of states of the decision on legal registration of integration of TsAS into EurAsEC,

we confirm readiness to integrate the economic, humanitarian and ecological projects developed within TsAS into activities of EurAsEC,

we express strong confidence that the combining TsAS and EurAsEC marking new stage of integration of state members of expanded Eurasian economic community will create reliable premises for acceleration of economic and social progress of the countries of Community.
