1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee. the organization of stock forming of fruit and vegetable products in amounts according to parameters of the state order and its systematic realization for the purpose of year-round and uninterrupted providing the population and other consumers fresh fruit and vegetable products for the reasonable stable prices;

broad attraction of direct investments for the purpose of strengthening of material technical storage base of fruit and vegetable products by construction new, reconstruction and upgrades of the existing specialized storage facilities, potato storages and refrigerating chambers, and also active implementation of the modern high-technology, energy efficient equipment on conversion and packing of food products;

studying on system basis of environment of the domestic consumer market, preparation and entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for review offers on the organization of advance import on import of socially important food products and the fruit and vegetable products which are not made for the objective reasons in the local conditions or lacking in the republic;

expansion of retail retail chain stores, including in the Dehkan food markets, with adjustment of direct deliveries on them fruit and vegetable products is direct from producers at the expense of the organization in all district centers of Items for purchase at the population of fruit and vegetable products;
